Role/ Job Description
Design and development of off-highway construction equipment Experience in design and development of construction machines like excavators, loaders, graders and compactors
- Mechanical and hydraulic systems design, CAD tools
- Design of structural systems and sheet metal components
- Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo
- Conduct DMU analysis and feasibility studies
- Design and analysis of linkage mechanisms
- Hydraulics hoses and electrical wiring Harness routing design
- Design-for-manufacturability (DFM), durability and performance
- Define technical specifications and interface requirements for parts and assemblies
Skills
- Solid and Surface Modeling, Detailing and Assembly Instructions
- Expert in Creo Modeling Software, Version 10 Preferred
- Experience in PLM tools, Teamcenter, Windchill
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
