Approach Auto Mobility is the official business partner of Yulu in Nashik, building and operating the city's electric shared mobility network. As we launch in Nashik, we're looking for dedicated people to join our founding team.

Role Overview

As a Yulu Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing Yulu electric bikes to ensure they are safe, reliable and ready for use. You'll identify faults, replace parts, manage spare components and ensure bikes are ready to be deployed back into the fleet.

Location: Nashik

Work Schedule: On-site | 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect Yulu electric bikes to identify faults and maintenance requirements
• Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs
• Remove faulty parts and replace them with spare components
• Mark and track issues identified during bike inspections and repairs
• Ensure repaired bikes are checked and ready for deployment (RTD – Ready to Deploy)
• Maintain basic records of repairs, spare parts used and pending maintenance
• Coordinate with the operations and inventory teams to ensure the availability of spare parts
• Follow maintenance and safety procedures to keep the fleet in good working condition

Required Skills & Experience

• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems or two-wheeler repairs
• Interest in learning about electric vehicles and their maintenance
• Ability to carry out basic repairs
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic digital tools for recording maintenance activities
• Responsible, practical and willing to learn
• ITI or relevant technical training is a plus
• Freshers with a technical background are welcome to apply

Salary & Benefits

• 15,000–18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
