Mbbs General physician

Role Description This full-time, on-site MBBS General Physician role is based in Rajpura. The General Physician will conduct outpatient consultations, perform clinical examinations, diagnose common medical conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include managing primary care cases, providing follow-up care, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient management.

Qualifications

• Must have punjab medical registration

• Strong clinical skills in Medicine and Primary Care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of common medical conditions.
• Experience or training in Family Medicine, with a focus on holistic and continuity of care for individuals and families.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality patient care.
• Commitment to ongoing Training and professional development, including updating knowledge in current medical guidelines and best practices.
• MBBS degree from a recognized institution and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
• Proficiency in documenting clinical encounters, using hospital information systems, and following clinical protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in government or public hospital settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
