Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Maximo Technical Consultant with 36 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting enterprise asset management solutions using IBM Maximo/MAS Manage. The role requires strong technical expertise in automation scripting, workflows, integrations, and upgrade activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and develop scalable Maximo / MAS Manage solutions
- Develop and configure Maximo using Automation Scripts (Jython/JavaScript), Application Designer, Database Configuration, Domains, Conditional Expressions, Escalations, and Workflow Designer
- Convert Java customizations to Automation scripts
- Design and develop integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (Object Structures, Enterprise Services, Publish Channels, Endpoints) and REST/OSLC/JSON APIs
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex technical issues
- Support data migration, configuration migration, deployments, and release management across development, test, and production environments
- Support MAS 8.x/9.x upgrade and migration activities, including customization archive build/deployment and post-upgrade remediation
