Role Description This is a full-time, on-site faculty position based in Meerut for teaching Mathematics and Chemistry to classes 9th to 12th, including NDA foundation batches. The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging classroom lessons aligned with the curriculum and exam requirements, ensuring clarity of concepts and systematic problem-solving practice. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures, assigning and checking homework, creating and evaluating tests, and providing doubt-clearing sessions. The role also involves tracking learner performance, offering academic guidance, participating in parent interactions when required, and coordinating with the academic team for curriculum implementation and improvements. The faculty member is expected to maintain discipline in the classroom, use teaching aids effectively, and contribute to an encouraging learning atmosphere.

Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics.
- Foundational understanding of Physics and Statistics to support interdisciplinary learning and exam preparation.
- Experience in Curriculum Development for school-level and competitive exam-focused courses.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Chemistry, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Prior teaching experience with classes 9th to 12th or NDA/competitive exam preparation is highly desirable.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured manner and adapt teaching style to different learning needs.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and learner mentoring skills.
- Comfort with using basic educational technology (presentations, online resources, digital assessments) to enhance teaching.
