Marketplace Executive – Mid/Senior Level

Salary: 25,000–30,000 per month

Location: Delhi/NCR

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.

- Handle product listings, cataloguing, pricing, inventory, and order management.

- Monitor marketplace sales, revenue, returns, and overall performance.

- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns.

- Manage and monitor marketplace advertising/PPC activities.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, customer support, and other internal teams.

- Resolve marketplace-related operational issues and escalations.

- Monitor competitor pricing, product performance, and marketplace trends.

- Ensure marketplace account health and compliance with platform policies.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce/Marketplace operations.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart is preferred.

- Experience with D2C brands will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of Excel, MIS, sales analytics, and marketplace dashboards.

- Ability to independently manage day-to-day marketplace operations.

- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
