Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Ads Specialist to own and scale advertising performance across Amazon, Quick Commerce platforms, and Flipkart. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving revenue growth through data-driven campaign management, optimization, and marketplace advertising excellence.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Amazon Ads and exposure to Quick Commerce advertising platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Ads

1. Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Video campaigns.

2. Drive keyword, ASIN, bidding, budget, and placement optimization.

3. Monitor and improve key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

4. Analyze search term reports, Brand Analytics, and campaign performance data.

5. Plan and execute campaigns for major events such as Prime Day and Great Indian Festival.

Quick Commerce Ads

1. Manage advertising campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Tata 1mg, and similar platforms.

2. Optimize spend based on inventory availability, pricing, assortment, and platform performance.

3. Track performance at SKU, city, and platform levels.

4. Collaborate with category, supply chain, and account management teams to improve visibility and sales.

Flipkart Ads

1. Manage PLA, PCA, Brand Ads, and event campaigns.

2. Ensure campaign readiness for major sale events.

3. Improve ad performance through listing optimization, ratings, reviews, and pricing interventions.

Reporting & Analytics

1. Build and maintain marketplace advertising dashboards and MIS reports.

2. Track channel-wise spend, revenue, ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS.

3. Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.

4. Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and insights.

Automation & Process Improvement

1. Leverage AI tools, automation, and reporting solutions to improve efficiency.

2. Use advanced Excel/Google Sheets and analytical tools to streamline workflows.

3. Drive process improvements and reduce manual reporting efforts.

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of experience in Marketplace Advertising.

2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience.

3. Experience running ads on at least one Quick Commerce platform (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).

4. Working knowledge of Flipkart Ads.

5. Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, keyword optimization, and campaign structures.

6. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

8. Experience with automation tools, AI tools, SQL, Python, or dashboarding tools is a plus.
