Marketing Transformation - Senior Engagement Manager

Your Role

Lead global marketing transformation programs for enterprise B2B clients, driving operating model transformation, MarTech modernization, AI-led automation, and business process optimization. Act as the primary client partner, delivering strategic consulting, transformation leadership, and operational excellence across multiple geographies.

Your Profile

• 15+ years of experience in Consulting (Big 4) or Media/Marketing Agencies
• 8+ years of B2B Marketing experience
• 10+ years leading large-scale Transformation Programs
• 8+ years of MarTech Automation and Marketing Transformation experience
• Strong expertise in Marketing Operations and Operating Model Design
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, Analytics, and MarTech platforms
• Experience driving Generative AI and Agentic AI adoption within marketing functions
• Proven track record in Process Optimization, Change Management, and Agile Transformation
• Strong Client Stakeholder Management and Executive Leadership skills
• MBA preferred
