- Review campaign output before it goes out to make sure it's on-brand and on-strategy
- Track account health, including budgets, deliverables, and timelines, and flag risks early

- Strong written and verbal communication; you're comfortable presenting strategy and numbers to clients
- Experience briefing creative, content, or social teams and reviewing their output for brand fit
- An organized self-starter who can juggle between accounts without things slipping
- Comfortable with basic reporting (campaign performance, budgets, timelines)
Nice-to-have
- Prior experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously at a marketing/ad agency
- Familiarity with social media, performance marketing, or SEO basics (enough to brief and sanity-check other teams)
- Experience with project/workflow tools (e.g. ClickUp, Metricool, Asana, Trello)
