Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM IST | Monday - Friday

Employment: Full-Time | Onsite

Experience: 2-5 Years

We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Project Manager to manage end-to-end digital marketing projects for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, timelines, priorities and deliverables
• Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, Development and Analytics teams
• Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies and project progress
• Conduct meetings, follow-ups and status updates
• Identify blockers, delays and risks proactively
• Manage client communication and project documentation
• Ensure quality, scope and deadlines are maintained
• Manage multiple projects and improve workflows

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in Digital Marketing
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership
• Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Content, Web and Analytics workflows
• Experience with Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, ClickUp or similar tools preferred
