Job Title - Senior Project Manager – Martech / CMS

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 9+ years of experience managing end-to-end technology, digital transformation, and software delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have mandatory Martech and CMS experience, along with strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.

The candidate should be comfortable working across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments and managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple technology and digital transformation projects from initiation through closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and governance dashboards.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership.

- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and financial tracking.

- Conduct governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting.

- Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, scope, schedule, and quality.

- Manage change requests and evaluate their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and budget.

- Drive resolution of cross-functional dependencies and project blockers.

- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and delivery practices.

- Promote continuous improvement and project management best practices.

Mandatory / Must-Have Skills

- 9+ years of overall Project Management experience.

- Mandatory Martech experience.

- Mandatory CMS experience.

- Strong experience managing IT, digital, software development, or transformation projects.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Project Management methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in project planning, scheduling, RAID management, budget and resource management.

- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.

- Experience in vendor management and cross-functional team coordination.

- Strong experience in project governance, reporting, risk/issue management, and change management.

Preferred Skills

- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.

- Experience managing large-scale enterprise or customer-facing projects.

- Exposure to cloud technologies and digital transformation programs.

- Experience working with global/distributed teams.

- Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and project budgeting.
