Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Officer role based in Jhansi. The Marketing Officer will plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote Finwell Growth's financial consultancy services and the Bizzomation platform, focusing on brand awareness and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating both online and offline promotional activities. The role also involves managing social media presence, preparing marketing content and presentations, supporting sales teams with marketing materials, and tracking campaign performance to optimize results. The Marketing Officer will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach to target business segments.

Must Have

• Ability to perform Market Research and analyze customer and industry trends.
• Strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
• Effective Communication skills for internal collaboration and external engagement.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and digital outreach.
• Sales awareness and ability to support lead generation and conversion activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• Prior experience in B2B or professional services marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic analytics tools and MS Office or equivalent productivity software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Jhansi and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
