Role Description

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to position ELCARREIRA's AI-based employability platform in the education and career readiness market. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves planning and managing campaigns, overseeing digital channels, and creating marketing assets to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, defining target segments, managing social media and performance marketing activities, and collaborating with product and sales teams on go-to-market plans. The Marketing Manager will also analyze campaign metrics, optimize initiatives based on data, and support partnerships with educational institutions and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns in a startup or technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, such as social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance advertising.
• Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and interpreting insights to guide marketing decisions.
• Ability to create clear, compelling marketing copy and collaborate on creative assets for various formats and audiences.
• Demonstrated capability in brand positioning, audience segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience in edtech, employability solutions, or AI-driven products is highly beneficial.
