Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Marketing Manager with strong experience in the FMCG/Food industry to lead corporate marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth across B2B and institutional channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

* Build and strengthen the company's brand presence in the FMCG market.

* Handle B2B, institutional and corporate marketing activities.

* Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups and strategic partnerships.

* Develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities and brand communication.

* Coordinate with sales, product and management teams to achieve business targets.

* Conduct market research and analyze competitors, trends and customer requirements.

* Manage corporate clients, distributors, channel partners and key stakeholders.

* Monitor marketing performance, budgets and ROI.

* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events and industry meets.

* Lead and coordinate with internal/external marketing agencies and vendors.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.

* 5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG/Food industry.

* Strong exposure to corporate, institutional or B2B marketing.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Strong business development and relationship-management abilities.

* Good understanding of FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing initiatives.
