Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end admissions marketing campaigns targeting parents in Mugalur Village and surrounding micro-markets.
• Manage school branding, digital presence (website, social media, Google My Business), and local SEO to dominate regional search traffic.
• Collaborate with school leadership to design brochures, event calendars, and parent engagement content that highlights academic strengths and infrastructure.
• Organize and lead school open houses, parent workshops, and community fairs to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Track campaign ROI using CRM and analytics tools; report on lead sources, conversion rates, and cost per enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, tuition centers, and residential societies for referral marketing.
