Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Leader to head our marketing division from our corporate office in Okhla, New Delhi. In this leadership role, you will design and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for our IT System Integration business, specifically targeting the growth of our Hardware and Cloud Solutions portfolios.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid marketer who pairs deep data-driven analytics with creative storytelling. You will own the entire marketing funnel—from brand awareness and thought leadership to predictable lead generation—while leading cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Demand Generation

×       Design and execute end-to-end B2B demand generation campaigns to build a high-quality pipeline for our enterprise and mid-market sales teams.

×       Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key industry verticals across India to secure net-new logos for our cloud and hardware integration business.

×       Optimize the lead lifecycle from initial capture to sales handoff, establishing clear MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) .

Digital Marketing & Performance Analytics

×       Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, paid search, display advertising, and targeted LinkedIn campaigns.

×       Establish a data-driven marketing culture by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

×       Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to continuously measure campaign effectiveness and optimize budgets.

Use Cases, & Thought Leadership

×       Develop compelling thought leadership content (whitepapers, eBooks, and executive insights) that positions our company as a premier IT system integrator.

×       Translate complex technical capabilities into business value, creating structured Use Cases and case studies that highlight our success in hardware deployments and public/hybrid cloud migrations.

×       Manage the corporate website and social media channels to maintain a consistent, highly professional brand voice.

Event Management & Field Marketing

×       Plan and orchestrate targeted B2B events, including executive roundtables, tech webinars, vendor partner joint events, and large-scale industry exhibitions.

×       Manage vendor co-op marketing funds (MDF) from major hardware OEMs and public cloud hyperscalers to drive joint marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

×       Experience:8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role within an IT System Integration, Managed Services, or Cloud Technology company.

×       Domain Expertise: Proven track record marketing a combined portfolio of Enterprise IT Hardware (servers, storage, networking) and Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Hybrid Cloud).

×       Core Strengths: Deep hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Lead/Demand Gen, Content Strategy, Event Management, and ROI-based Performance Analytics.

×       Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to seamlessly interact with internal C-suite executives, external OEM vendor partners, and enterprise clients.
