About this role
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional to generate qualified leads and build RoyalPath's brand presence in Thane/Mumbai. You will run digital ad campaigns, manage social media, coordinate webinars and workshops, and build a steady pipeline of student and parent leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run paid lead-generation campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search / YouTube – basic level)
- WhatsApp campaigns and broadcast lists
- Manage organic social media:
- Create and schedule reels, posts, stories for Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn.
- Write simple Hindi/English/Marathi copy for ads, captions, and messages.
- Coordinate and promote:
- Webinars, school/coaching-centre workshops, offline info sessions, and career talks.
- Build and nurture lead databases:
- Create Google Forms / landing pages.
- Set up basic email/WhatsApp follow-up sequences for new leads.
- Track and report:
- Number of leads, cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, campaign performance.
- Share weekly reports with clear learnings and improvement ideas.
Who Should Apply
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing / growth / performance marketing.
- Preferably in education, coaching, edtech, local services, or similar consumer businesses.
- Hands-on with:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Basic Google Ads (optional but preferred)
- Canva / CapCut or similar tools for creatives and reels
- Google Forms, Sheets, and basic analytics
- Comfortable writing simple Hindi, English, and Marathi copy for ads, posts, and messages
- Based in or willing to work remotely for Thane/Mumbai. Local market understanding is preferred.
Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed salary: 6,000 – 12,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
- Variable incentive:
- Option A: 3–5% of collected revenue from leads you generate, OR
- Option B: Fixed bonus per qualified lead /per target achieved(to be defined jointly/QTR)
- Clear monthly targets, for example:
- X total leads at or below Y cost per lead
- Z webinar registrations / workshop attendees
- Growth opportunity: As marketing scales, you can grow into a Marketing Lead / Head of Growth role.
