Experience Required: 2–4 years in education marketing, admissions, business development or training-centre promotion

Location: Salt Lake Centre, Kolkata

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills.
• Energetic, target-oriented and willing to undertake field visits.
• Experience in lead generation, institutional visits, seminars and promotional events.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Ability to maintain lead records and achieve admission targets.
• Capable of coordinating with counselling and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote academic and professional programmes.
• Generate leads through institutional visits, seminars, promotional activities and outreach campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, institutions and potential student communities.
• Conduct field visits and participate in education fairs, events and promotional activities.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up reports and admission-related databases.
• Coordinate with counselling and operations teams for effective lead conversion.
• Support the achievement of admission targets through planned marketing initiatives.
