The Marketing Administrative Officer is responsible for supporting Marketing Excellence and Marketing Operations activities, including budget administration, supplier coordination, reporting, project support, and process execution. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This position reports to the Manager, Marketing Operations and is part of the Marketing Global Capability Centerlocated in Bangalore and will be an on-site role.At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Support budget tracking and administration activities.
• Coordinate supplier and vendor-related processes.
• Maintain reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
• Support project execution and stakeholder communications.
• Drive process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting business operations, marketing operations, or administrative processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, or budget management systems preferred.
