Role Overview:

We are looking for a Market Outreach Specialist to drive lead generation and outreach initiatives for our international clients. The role focuses on market research, lead generation, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage potential prospects across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and data mining to identify target companies, decision-makers, and potential clients across relevant markets.
• Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists with accurate contact and company information.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with relevant prospects, initiate conversations, and generate qualified leads.
• Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and drive lead generation.
• Personalize outreach messages based on target audience, industry, company profile, and business requirements to improve response rates.
• Monitor and analyze LinkedIn and email campaign performance, including response rates, engagement, and lead conversion, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach activities, responses, and lead status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine target lists, messaging, and outreach strategies.
• Follow up with engaged prospects through LinkedIn and email and qualify leads based on their business requirements and potential fit

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in email marketing, lead generation, or market outreach.
• Strong knowledge of market research and prospect identification.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and prospecting.
• Good understanding of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
• Excellent written communication and content drafting skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and data-mining skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience working with international clients/markets is an added advantage.
