Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester with strong hands-on experience in Health Insurance Claims testing. Candidates must have practical knowledge of health insurance policies, claims adjudication, and claims reimbursement processes.

Mandatory Skills

• 3-6 years of overall testing experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant Health Insurance Claims testing experience.
• Strong understanding of Health Insurance Policies and Health Claims.
• Hands-on knowledge of Claims Adjudication.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Claims Reimbursement Process.
• Expertise in test case design and test execution.
• Requirement analysis and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

• Immediate joiners only.
• Willingness to work from the Mumbai office (WFO).
• Candidates must have relevant Health Insurance Claims experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for health insurance applications.
• Analyze business requirement documents, functional specifications, and requirements.
• Validate health insurance policy rules and health claims processing workflows.
• Test claims adjudication and reimbursement scenarios.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
• Prepare daily status reports (DSRs) and communicate testing progress.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of health insurance claims-related applications.

Note: Candidates without hands-on Health Insurance Claims experience or who cannot join immediately will not be considered.
