About this role
We are looking for a Manpower Supervisor for our Atchutapuram facility to manage and coordinate unskilled/skilled workmen and support shift operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure worker attendance, on-ground coordination, and smooth shift management.
Maintain worker safety during shifts; act as the bridge between workers, us, and management.
Support recruitment by going to nearby villages when manpower shortage occurs.
Accompany workers in case of accidents and ensure timely information reaches management.
Maintain statutory compliance and records, including PF & ESI, and required maintenance.
Maintain accurate work logs/timesheets and reports using Excel; ensure effective time management.
Requirements:
3–5 years experience in manpower supervision/HR operations.
Strong communication, coordination, and human resource management skills.
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with timesheets/attendance tracking.
Ability to work responsibly on field operations and handle urgent situations.
