Role Description The Manager role at Criclive.in is a full-time, on-site position based in Janakpuri. In this role, the Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across content, technology, and community engagement teams. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring site content, managing schedules, and aligning coverage with major cricket events and breaking stories. The Manager also supports team members, tracks performance metrics, and implements process improvements to enhance user experience and platform reliability. Additional duties may involve vendor coordination, budget tracking, and contributing to strategic initiatives to grow audience reach and engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong organizational and operational management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects.
• Experience in content or media environments, preferably with an interest or background in sports or cricket.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Basic familiarity with digital platforms, analytics tools, or CMS solutions to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely, data-informed decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Janakpuri and managing responsibilities during major cricket events, including weekends or evenings as needed.
