Manager / Team Lead (German Language )

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Position: Manager/TL – German Language

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Weekly Off: 2 Days Off

Salary Hike: As per market standards

Language Requirement

German Language proficiency: B2 / B2.2 / C1

Relevant German language certification is mandatory

Strong proficiency in spoken and written German is required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall operations for German-language customer service processes.

Lead Team Leads and ensure effective management of the operational teams.

Drive achievement of key business metrics, SLAs, KPIs, productivity, and quality targets.

Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Manage client/stakeholder relationships and provide regular business updates.

Handle critical escalations and ensure effective resolution.

Develop and implement performance improvement plans.

Conduct regular reviews of team performance and operational metrics.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and capability-building initiatives.

Ensure compliance with process, quality, and organizational standards.

Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for senior management.

Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Operations Management / BPO / Customer Service.

Prior experience managing German-language operations is preferred.

German certification at B2 / B2.2 / C1 level is mandatory.

Strong experience in people management and leading large teams.

Excellent client/stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and operational targets.

Willingness to work from the Jaipur office.
