About the Role We are seeking an experienced L&D professional to lead Learning & Organizational Development initiatives for the Corporate SBU. The role will be responsible for driving the L&D Centre of Excellence (CoE), behavioral learning interventions, employee engagement initiatives, and organization-wide development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the Learning & Development CoE framework across the organization.
• Design and deploy behavioral, leadership, and managerial development programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including Happiness Surveys and action planning.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Experience in EPC, Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong exposure to behavioral training, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
