Manager - Sales - Hardware & Software Solutions

Job Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue across Hardware, Software, RFID, and IoT Solutions.

We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with experience in either Hardware Sales (Scanners, Printers, RFID, IoT Devices, AIDC Solutions) or Software Sales (Supply Chain Solutions, WMS, MES, Warehouse Automation Solutions).

The role requires a consultative sales approach to position integrated solutions comprising Software, Hardware, RFID, IoT, Mobility, and Automation Technologies.

Business Development & Sales:

- Drive revenue growth through sales of Hardware, Software, RFID, and IoT Solutions.

- Generate and develop new business opportunities across Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Warehousing, E-commerce, and Industrial Automation sectors.

Solution Selling & Customer Engagement:

- Position integrated solutions including WMS, MES, Scanners, Printers, RFID Systems, IoT-enabled devices, Mobility Solutions, and Warehouse Automation technologies.

- Understand customer requirements related to supply chain visibility, asset tracking, inventory management, shop-floor digitization, and real-time operational monitoring.

Proposal Development & Solution Presentation:

- Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design end-to-end solutions combining Software, Hardware, RFID, IoT, and Automation technologies.

- Demonstrate how connected technologies can improve productivity, visibility, traceability, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 6+ years of B2B sales experience in either:

1. Supply Chain Solutions, WMS, MES, Enterprise Software, IoT Platforms, Warehouse Automation Solutions, OR

2. Scanners, Printers, RFID Systems, IoT Devices, AIDC Hardware, Mobility Solutions.

- Experience in consultative and solution-based selling of technology products and services.

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Industrial IoT environments.

- Knowledge of RFID, AIDC, Mobility, IoT, Asset Tracking, Automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

- Experience selling integrated Hardware + Software + RFID + IoT solutions will be a strong advantage.
