Manager - Record to Report

Role Overview:

As the Record to Report (R2R) Manager based in Hyderabad, you will lead the end-to-end financial closing process, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the company's financial statements. You will act as a bridge between operational accounting teams and senior leadership, providing critical insights that drive financial decision-making. This role involves managing complex reconciliations, overseeing statutory compliance, and streamlining reporting workflows to enhance efficiency. By maintaining rigorous control environments, you will directly influence the reliability of financial data used by stakeholders to evaluate the firm's performance and strategic health.

Experience:

- 10+ years of total experience with at least 8 years in R2R, with an extensive, sustained R2R background.

People Management:

- At least 3 years of experience managing a team size of 20+ people.

Qualification:

- CA strongly preferred; alternatively, MBA Finance from a top-tier institute.

Automation:

- Some automation experience.

Location:

- Hyderabad preferred; relocation possible with a credible reason.

Communication:

- Strong communication for global stakeholder interaction.
