Define, document, and continuously improve internal processes for scheme compliance intake, triage, assessment, governance, escalation, and closure with end to end ownership.

Support MPGS business areas with scheme-related queries, clarifications, and interpretation of scheme requirements.

Prepare internal and external communications, training material, customer readiness updates, and implementation guidance for impacted stakeholders.

Liaise with payment networks and schemes where applicable to clarify requirements, represent MPGS considerations, and advocate appropriate Mastercard or customer positions.
