Purpose of Job:

The Manager - Supply Chain Planning Excellence & SAP IBP will lead the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of integrated business planning processes across global manufacturing sites. The role is responsible for driving SAP IBP adoption, ensuring effective S&OP execution, establishing planning governance, and leveraging digital technologies and analytics to improve supply chain performance, inventory optimization, and decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Getting SAP IBP platform rolled out across global manufacturing sites in partnership with implementation team.

- Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of monthly S&OP cadence in partnership with key global stakeholders.

- Ensure Planning systems generate touch less KPIs and key insights for relevant actions as continuous improvements.

- Monitoring exceptions in planning process and getting those learnings built in systems as feedback loop to reduce these gradually.

- Establishing & Driving governance of SCM planning related process metrics like plan adherence, master data errors & functional KPIs in system.

- Encourage planners to use system exception messages/Alerts for inventory optimization as continuous improvement.

- Leverage technology and data insights from planning/execution systems to its best and these advanced as per business needs.

Educational Qualification:

- Master's Degree (MBA/PGDM) in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Management.

Experience:

- 5 - 9 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning.
