Manager - Performance Management System

1. Coordinate with all SBUs, departments, and project sites across Power Mech Projects Limited to collect quarterly employee performance ratings.

2. Follow up with the respective HODs and Reporting Managers to ensure timely completion and submission of performance ratings.

3. Consolidate and verify the performance ratings received from various departments and sites.

4. Prepare quarterly performance rating reports and payment statements for management review.

5. Coordinate with the management to obtain the necessary approvals for the release of quarterly Performance Linked Pay (PLP).

6. Having hands-on experience in handling two quarter of PMS.
