Manager - Payments - Issuance COE

To build and operate the FasTag issuance product for Bajaj Finance Ltd

• Product development: Develop the complete grounds up solution for FasTag issuance to customers of Bajaj Finserv mobile app and web platform.
• Regular Scrum standups with internal cross functional teams like IT, Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, etc.
• To identify partners for Plug Play tools by driving RFA RFI issuance.
• Regular engagement with all dependent and onboarded external vendors and NPCI for Compliance and Product enhancements.
• Develop and operate a CI/CD cycle with IT delivery teams for the product
• Good understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve the product
• Keeping oneself abreast with latest regulatory changes across different issuance and acquiring products and ensuring compliance by engaging with different cross functional units.

• Alternative solution and partners
• Adapting industry best practices

• Co-ordination between multiple teams and external vendors to enable task delivery

a) Qualifications

MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years or Computer Science/Technology/Engineering Graduate with 6-8 years of experience

b) Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of running projects and products On FasTag and/or Prepaid products.
• Strong bias for action driving results in a high-performance environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
• Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
• Experience in business through digital channels preferred.
