Manager - Order Management

• BE with 7 to 10 years of experience
• Lead planning, disposition and control of all customer orders from order entry to delivery

• Track all open orders and improve delivery reliability (on-time delivery) in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Production and Logistics.

• Ensure transparent communication with customers and Sales on order status and identify potential delays or bottlenecks at an early stage.
• Align with Global Order Management on revenue, delivery performance and problem-solving
• Harmonize and automate Order Management processes in alignment with IT and Global OM
• Define and document standard operating procedures and ensure adherence.
• Use and further develop the Flender Analytic Cloud (FAC) for KPIs and decision-making
• Act as key business partner for the SAP S/4HANA transformation in Order-to-Cash
• Several years of experience in Order Management / Customer Service / Supply Chain, incl. leadership
• Strong expertise in order-to-cash processes and delivery performance
• Experience with SAP ERP; SAP S/4HANA and BI/analytics tools (e.g. SAC) are a plus
• Very good English skills and strong stakeholder management
• Hands-on, analytical, and comfortable in an international environment
