Manager O&M and Customer services

Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) is expanding its District Cooling System (DCS) business and is looking for an experienced professional to lead Operations & Maintenance and Customer Service functions for large-scale cooling utility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead O&M and customer service activities across District Cooling assets.
• Develop and implement best practices, processes, and strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of utility, HVAC, and cooling infrastructure.
• Drive plant reliability, quality, operational excellence, and service delivery.
• Oversee project activities from design review through commissioning, handover, and operational readiness.
• Manage vendor, OEM, and service provider relationships to ensure performance and compliance.
• Monitor engineering budgets and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, project sites, and stakeholders across the organization.

Preferred Background

• 15-20 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, Utilities, HVAC, District Cooling, MEP, or Industrial Infrastructure projects
• Strong exposure to Testing & Commissioning (T&C), Plant Operations, Maintenance Strategy, and Asset Reliability
• Experience managing utility systems, chillers, cooling plants, HVAC infrastructure, or centralized utility operations
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, OEM, and contractor management experience
• Proven leadership in driving safety, quality, operational efficiency, and customer-focused service delivery

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical)
• M.E./M.Tech preferred
• PMP Certification preferred
