Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau. The role will support and advise the Company management on all legal aspects of governance. S/he will be responsible for managing all regulatory and contracts related matters in order to maximize/ obtain favorable results as well as minimize the negative effects on the business. The role demands expert and / or relevant working experience on KYC/AML rules and regulations as also expert knowledge around Digital lending / onboarding and legal aspects related to Fraud identification and control. The associate will also need to advice management on various complex legal structuring and advisory matters.

• Support and advise the Company management on all legal aspects of governance.
• Manage all regulatory and contracts related matters in order to maximize/ obtain favorable results as well as minimize the negative effects on the business.
• Demonstrate expert and / or relevant working experience on KYC/AML rules and regulations as also expert knowledge around Digital lending / onboarding and legal aspects related to Fraud identification and control.
• Advise management on various complex legal structuring and advisory matters.
• This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Master s degree in law or related field preferred - 5+ years of relevant experience in banking or Legal Firm
