Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a New Product Development & Packaging Executive – Ayurveda/FMCG. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, formulate, and develop new Ayurvedic and FMCG products aligned with market needs and brand strategy. Responsibilities include coordinating R&D activities, supporting product trials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The executive will develop and optimize packaging concepts, materials, and designs that are functional, cost-effective, and consistent with brand guidelines. Additional tasks include conducting market and competitor analyses, preparing product documentation, liaising with vendors and packaging suppliers, monitoring project timelines, and supporting product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Sales skills for understanding consumer needs, assessing competition, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with R&D, marketing, manufacturing, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) skills to support formulation development, product testing, and packaging innovation.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, Ayurveda, or related field; experience in Ayurveda, herbal, nutraceutical, or FMCG product development is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, relevant regulatory standards, and quality systems; familiarity with packaging materials, processes, and cost optimization.
• Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple product development timelines.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office tools; exposure to design or packaging software and experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
