Manager - Media Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and own the overall media strategy across paid brand media channels for Instamart along with the media agency
• Plan and execute OOH, innovation, activations and BTL campaigns
• Assist in translating business objectives into integrated media plans across Digital, TV, print, OOH, radio, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee annual and quarterly media planning and budget allocation.
• Ensure seamless execution of media campaigns across all platforms.Monitor performance and optimize media spends to maximize ROI and lead post-campaign analysis and insights to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, growth, category, and insights teams.
• Manage relationships with media vendors, publishers, platforms, and agency partners.
• Negotiate rates, partnerships, and value-added opportunities.
• Stay updated on media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.

Preferred Candidate:

• An experienced media professional, having worked for atleast 6-7 years in an agency/brand media team. Experience in OOH/Activations would be an advantage
• Good to have experience in managing digital and traditional media planning and execution
• Ability to manage large budgets and complex campaigns
• Deep understanding of media metrics, attribution and ROI measurement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem solving skills
