Manager - Investor Service Cell

Role & responsibilities :-

• Draft and maintain policies, procedures, and process documents aligned with the Exchange's business objectives, regulatory requirements, and applicable legal frameworks.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of investor grievances in accordance with the turnaround timelines prescribed by SEBI and other applicable regulatory authorities.
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance on matters relating to investor grievances, conciliation, arbitration, and member-related disputes.
• Manage and conclude conciliation proceedings efficiently within the timelines and procedural requirements prescribed by SEBI.
• Administer and oversee arbitration matters, ensuring their effective disposal in compliance with SEBI regulations, Exchange bye-laws, and prescribed turnaround times.
• Liaise and collaborate with SEBI and other regulatory bodies in the formulation, review, and enhancement of processes, regulations, and frameworks governing commodity and securities markets.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct Investor Awareness Programmes (IAPs) across India through SMARTS, RISA, and other approved platforms to promote investor education and market awareness.
• Handle all matters relating to defaulting members, including monitoring, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of necessary actions as per Exchange rules and regulatory requirements.

• MBA/ Law

Experience

• 8 to 12 years of total experience with 5-9 years of relevant experience in ISC & Arbitration
