Manager- Exports Sales - Waterproofing

Role & responsibilities

1.International Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate new geographic regions.
2.Revenue & Margin Accountability: Take full ownership of export revenue targets, profitability margins, and outstanding payment collections globally.
3.Channel Partner Management & Training: Identify, appoint, and manage overseas distributors, agents, large-scale importers, and tie ups with International Construction and realty developers .Provide continuous technical training to Contractors, Masons, Painters/applicators, and sales staff at channel partners & also facilitate Products Application demos at Site where required, to enable growth and scale partner-led sales pipeline.
4.Export Compliance & Logistics: Coordinate closely with internal supply chain and logistics teams to oversee export documentation, LC (Letter of Credit) management, shipping compliance, and customs regulations per country.
5.International Trade Representation: Represent the company at global construction trade exhibitions, product seminars, and overseas client conventions to scale brand presence.
6.Travel: High willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory for site evaluations and client meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

Education -Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry preferred

Experience : Experience: 10+ years of progressive field sales experience within the construction chemicals or building materials sector, with a minimum of 5+ years dedicated to Waterproofing

Technical Skills: - Deep expertise in international standards (e.g., ASTM, EN, BS codes) governing waterproofing systems, protective coatings, and concrete treatments.

a) Candidate must understand the common problems in Waterproofing and must be able to provide reliable and proven solutions to common waterproofing problems

b) Candidatemust be well Versed with Waterproofing soutions such as1k and 2K Cementetious, SBR's, Epoxy Bonding agents, PU/Acrylic,Bituminous Membranes, Crystalline Admixtures, PU and Epoxy Injection Grouts, etc.

c) Candidate must have the experience of providing product demos at Site, must be able to explain the technicality of Waterproofing products to the site engineering, Consultant and Architect

d) Candidate must be well versed with Concrete Admixtures (High, Low, Mid PCE, Accelerators, Retarders, etc.) and some prior experience in sale of these products

e) Candidate must be well versed with other Construction Chemicals Such as Tile Adhesive, Repair Mortars, Micro Concretes, Precision Grouts and Wall Putty and must have some experience in Sales of these Products

Language requirements: a) Candidate must be very Fluent/Proficient in English.

 b) Knowledge of other foreign languages such as French, Swahili, Arabic and Spanish/Portuguese will certainly be an added advantage
