Manager - Event Operations & Marketing

This is a full time role based in Mumbai. We are looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on Operations & Marketing Manager to manage both the marketing activities and operational execution of our B2B conferences and summits.

This is a dual-responsibility role with equal focus on event marketing and on-site event operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing marketing and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and taking responsibility for the smooth execution of conferences.

Candidates with prior experience in both event marketing and on-ground event execution will be preferred.

Who are we looking for:

• Graduate with preferably 2–3 years of experience in B2B conferences, corporate events, event marketing or event operations.
• Prior experience handling both marketing campaigns and on-site event execution will be a distinct advantage.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, follow up effectively and work independently.
• Comfortable interacting with senior corporate professionals, sponsors, vendors and delegates.
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools would be an added advantage.
• Willingness to take ownership, work on-site during conferences and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
