Job Description

To provide intelligent inputs / strategies to the field Collection Team to improve the Collection efficiencies and the resultant reduction in credit losses
1. Opportunity to assist collection team in following initiative at the Contact Center drive collections performance
2. To implement Collection IT system.
3. To coordinate with Risk team for pre-delinquency management figures and to institute Collection analytics for tracking DSA performance and profile segmentation.
4.To institute Collection Executive's productivity tracking mechanism.
5. To Benchmark Industry Best Practices.
6. To Track and Monitor Online Auction and Repo sales Vehicles.
8. To Track and Monitor Skip Cases resolution.
