Join us in redefining home construction standards and delivering unparalleled service to our clients Role: Manager -Design & Ops About the role: The Architect will handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction. The architect will manage end-to-end client relationships, develop and present design proposals, prepare drawings, and specifications The ideal candidate should be able to take complete ownership of the assigned project, be it the design and construction of a new building, an extension, alterations, or a restoration project, and deliver on the client's requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Own the customer experience by driving predictability and efficiency in the team's project delivery with a strong focus on quality. 2. Handle projects from the initial client briefing through the final stages of construction. 3. Take complete ownership of assigned projects, including new buildings, extensions, alterations, and restoration projects. 4. Manage end-to-end client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. 5. Act as a customer-facing representative, ensuring clear communication and a seamless client experience. Develop and present design proposals to clients. Prepare architectural drawings and specifications. 6. Prepare PMHO deliverables, including floor plans, quotations, and structural coordination. 7. Prepare and manage client agreements and related documentation. 8. Lead, motivate, train, and manage Architects and Interns on a day-to-day basis. 9. Drive people management initiatives, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management of team members. 10. Drive initiatives for revenue growth, team performance, and people development. 11. Build new processes and re-engineer existing processes at the city/central level to improve productivity. 12. Ensure processes are scalable to support business growth and increasing project complexity. 13. Establish and continuously improve consistency, predictability, and efficiency in project delivery by implementing best practices. 14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Relationship Management, and Operations) to ensure timely project deliverables. 15. Work closely with the City Leadership Team, Department Heads, and other stakeholders to understand client needs and project objectives. 16. Conduct quality control reviews of design documentation. 17. Review project schedules and monitor team deliverables. 18. Prepare and maintain detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for every client discussion. 19. Ensure project execution aligns with client requirements, quality standards, and timelines. Required Skills 1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecture. 2. Ability to provide innovative, practical, and functional design solutions. 3. Proficiency in Revit. 4. Proficiency in AutoCAD. 5. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. 6. Proficiency in SketchUp. 7. Experience across all phases of the design process, from concept and schematic design through bidding and construction administration. 8. Strong project ownership and client management skills. 9. Excellent verbal communication skills. 10. Excellent written communication skills. 11. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 12. Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. 13. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 14. Good organizational, documentation, and project management skills.
