About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager - Compensation & Benefits to join our HR team and drive compensation and benefits initiatives across the organisation. The role will involve managing compensation structures, annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, employee benefits and compensation analytics.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to core Compensation & Benefits, be comfortable working with large datasets, and have the ability to work closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Management:

- Manage and execute annual compensation review and increment cycles.

- Support salary structuring, revisions, promotions and internal parity analysis.

- Develop and maintain compensation frameworks, salary structures and guidelines.

- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.

- Analyse compensation data and provide insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.

- Support offer compensation discussions and ensure adherence to internal compensation philosophy.

Compensation Analytics:

- Build and maintain compensation dashboards and regular MIS.

- Conduct analysis on pay parity, compensation distribution, attrition trends and cost implications.

- Provide data-driven recommendations to support compensation decisions.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data across HR systems.

Annual & Ad-hoc Projects:

- Support budgeting and manpower cost planning from a compensation perspective.

- Participate in compensation-related projects such as salary structure redesign, incentive plans and policy development.

- Work closely with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams on compensation-related requirements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and organisational policies.

What We're Looking For:

- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.

- Strong preference for candidates with core C&B experience rather than primarily HRBP, recruitment or consulting backgrounds.

- Experience in managing compensation cycles, benchmarking, salary structures and compensation analytics.

- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to interpret compensation data and translate it into actionable insights.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation will be an advantage.

Preferred Background:

- Candidates from technology, internet, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, consumer internet or other large-scale organisations with hands-on C&B experience would be preferred.

Education - MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification from a reputed institution.
