Role Purpose

Lead the Commercial Performance Planning and Revenue Growth Management agenda for AB InBev India, driving profitable growth through strategic planning, forecasting, pricing, portfolio optimization, performance management and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual commercial planning, forecasting and business performance routines.
• Own commercial KPI governance across volume, revenue, market share, profitability and productivity
• Drive pricing strategy, price-pack architecture and revenue realization initiatives.
• Lead portfolio, channel and mix optimization to maximize profitable growth.
• Develop insight-led recommendations using advanced analytics and market intelligence.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain leadership teams.
• Drive trade investment effectiveness and ROI tracking.
• Lead strategic projects, transformation initiatives and capability building.

Educational Qualifications

• MBA from a premier institute preferred
• Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Finance or related discipline
• Advanced certification in Analytics / Data Science desirable

Professional Experience

• 2-4 years in Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, Strategy, Finance or Planning roles
• Strong FMCG/Beverage/Consumer Goods experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional projects and business transformation
• Experience in pricing, forecasting, analytics and commercial performance management
