Manager Accounts

Role & responsibilities : To lead and manage the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, strong internal controls, and effective financial planning to support business growth.

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations across units

• Ensure timely finalization of accounts, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements
• Manage statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and audits
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and banking operations
• Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, and risk management
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund management
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Provide financial insights and MIS reports to senior management
• Ensure proper inventory accounting and cost control
• Lead and develop the accounts and finance team

Technical Skills :

• Expertise in accounting standards & financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally or similar)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools

Preference :

Experience in manufacturing industry

Exposure to multi-location accounting operations
