About Futurewagon & Our Vision:

Futurewagon is a house of E-commerce brands. We work with top artists and build design led brands across categories like Stationery, Home Decor, Accessories and Kids. We are the company that owns and operates some popular DTC brands like Alicia Souza, Happy Wagon, Sky Goodies etc.

We are a rapidly growing startup with a lot of learning and growth opportunities around DTC and the e-commerce ecosystem globally. We have a significant portion of our business from the US and operate subsidiary entities there.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounting Oversight: Manage all accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
• Stakeholder and Bank Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior leadership, lead and fulfil banking relationship requirements.
• Tax Management: Oversee tax planning and compliance for both India and the US subsidiary.
• Technology Utilization: Evaluate and implement finance-related AI & tech solutions for efficient operations.
• Subsidiary Financial Management: Oversee the US-based subsidiary's finances and the related banking compliances.
• Process Improvement: Continually refine and streamline financial processes for optimal efficiency.
