About the Role

We're looking for MBA Marketing freshers (2025 pass-outs) who are passionate about data, analytics, and marketing operations. As a Management Trainee - Marketing (Data & Analytics Support), you'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to manage data, analyze trends, and support business decisions - all behind the scenes where the real action happens.

This is a perfect role for someone who loves working with numbers, Excel sheets, reports, and marketing insights - not customer calls.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with marketing data analysis, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems for smooth operations.
• Track sales performance and assist in forecasting and campaign analysis.
• Help in preparing presentations, reports, and market insights.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for data accuracy.
• Contribute to marketing process improvement through analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and quality across all reports.

Technical Skills

• MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards)
• PowerPoint for reports and presentations
• CRM Tools (Salesforce preferred)
• ERP Systems (Basic understanding)
• Data Analysis and Business Reporting

Eligibility

• MBA in Marketing (2025 Pass-Outs)
• Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Interest in Data, Analytics, and Marketing Operations
