About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance professional to lead plant maintenance operations at our Air Conditioner Manufacturing Plant in Verna, Goa. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in maintenance of assembly lines, press shops, paint shops, heat exchanger lines, utilities and plant infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for plant infrastructure, utilities, assembly lines, press shop, paint shop, material handling equipment, ETP/STP, solar systems and electrical panels.
• Drive maintenance KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, R&M Cost, equipment reliability and EHS.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 50 employees, including managers, executives and technicians.
• Implement preventive, predictive and daily maintenance schedules.
• Optimize maintenance and utility costs, power consumption and fuel usage.
• Drive TPM and World-Class Maintenance practices.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, factory regulations, electrical safety and EHS standards.
• Manage equipment selection, technical specifications, installation and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving presses, paint shops, conveyors, fin presses, heat exchanger lines, PLCs and drives.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong expertise in presses, heat exchanger lines, utilities, PLCs and drives.
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings.
• Proven track record in maintenance KPI improvement, cost optimization and equipment reliability.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking and team development skills.
