Job Description

Operate and monitor packing machinery safely and efficiently to achieve production targets, maintain product quality, and minimize downtime and waste. Perform basic machine adjustments, changeovers, inspections, and troubleshooting. 

Job Summary

Operate and monitor packing machinery safely and efficiently to achieve production targets, maintain product quality, and minimize downtime and waste. Perform basic machine adjustments, changeovers, inspections, and troubleshooting while coordinating with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

Strategic / General Duties and Responsibilities

 • Ensure safe and efficient operation of packing machinery to achieve planned production targets. 

• Maintain consistent product quality while minimizing downtime, waste, and material losses. 

• Follow standard operating procedures, machine settings, and production specifications. 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, machine efficiency, and overall production performance. 

• Identify potential machine or process issues and report them promptly to the supervisor responsible.

 • Maintain high standards of safety, GMP, hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety.

 • Ensure proper use and care of machinery, tools, and packaging materials. 

• Contribute to a positive and disciplined working environment and follow company policies and procedures.
