Machine Maintenence Expert - Heneckke Foam Machine

Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based at the Pune Division of HYUNDAI TRANSYS and focuses on the operation and upkeep of Heneckke foam machines. The Machine Maintenance Expert will perform routine inspections, monitor machine performance, and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure consistent, safe production. The role includes diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing repairs, and coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime. The expert will maintain accurate maintenance records, follow standardized safety procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance to ensure stable machine operation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance to plan and execute scheduled servicing and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in Maintenance & Repair to address mechanical and electrical faults on Heneckke foam machines.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to quickly identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience working with industrial machinery or automated production equipment, preferably in automotive or foam manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and machine documentation.
• Commitment to workplace safety, adherence to standard operating procedures, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
