What You'll Do The person in this position will be expected to work with customers to check payment information and policy and then follow a detailed procurement procedure to process several different types of meeting and event contracts electronically. Responsibilities include: Review and process event-based contracts through the client’s online application. Enter accurate data regarding contract terms, conditions, value and method of payment. Engage and educate stakeholders and vendors on payment and procurement policies. Ensure all requests are fully aligned with policies from Amex GBT and the client. Partner with the procurement and legal teams for approvals and follow ups.

What We're Looking For Outstanding communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all levels of management Excellent customer service and teamwork skills Ability to meet deadlines Confidence working in a variety of computer applications Administrative and process oriented Ability to manage many details This is a virtual position – a designated in-home workspace with high-speed internet is required  Ability to start work at 07.00 to meet global customer needs.
